Covenant of the Dying Moon
Cecilia, a high‑rank human healer, is stationed at the werewolf Bloodfang Pack for seven years, hoping to form a sacred blood‑moon bond with its Alpha Garrod. However, Garrod only longs for his childhood Omega sweetheart Nisha. He deliberately ruins the bonding ritual and allows his packmates to humiliate Cecilia. Upon Nisha’s return, she forges a memory crystal to frame Cecilia as a slave spy. Blinded by prejudice, Garrod subjects Cecilia to the torturous Bloodweep Vine. He stands by as a magical beast shatters her lower leg, and blocks the teleportation circle to force her to kneel in public. Later, Nisha abandons the gravely‑injured Cecilia in the deadly Shadowmire Swamp to die. On the brink of death, Cecilia is rescued across vast distances by Lucas, the pure‑blood Wolf King bound to her by a soul tie. Lucas reveals what kept them apart eight years ago, and the two grow close after clearing up misunderstandings. Refusing to accept defeat, Nisha conspires with Lucas’s political rival, the Marquis, and accuses Cecilia of using bewitching dark magic at the Magic Council. Cecilia presents hard‑won evidence in court, exposing Nisha’s forgery and attempted murder, and clears her name. The villains receive their just deserts: Garrod is stripped of his magic and exiled to the Far Northern Wastes, while Nisha meets a tragic end. With Lucas’s full support, Cecilia founds the Morningstar Academy of Healing Magic for common folk, fulfilling her dream as a healer. The pair seal their soul‑bond and wed on the Polar Icefield, gaining both professional success and true love.
