Seducing My Father's Best Friend
Ten years ago, 12-year-old Lena was trapped in a ferocious rip current, on the brink of despair. At the critical moment, Ryan — her father’s closest friend and captain of the beach rescue team — risked his life to save her. From that day forward, he rescued far more than her life; he ignited an infatuation and obsession that would consume her entire adolescence. Ten years later, 22-year-old Lena has grown into a striking young woman. Joining the beach rescue team as a new recruit, she no longer conceals her burning feelings, and launches an unapologetic, bold pursuit of 44-year-old Ryan: a mature, restrained man brimming with rugged charisma. Yet Ryan holds firm to his duties and the moral boundaries of an elder. Fully aware that she is his sworn brother’s beloved daughter, he struggles bitterly between iron self-restraint and his growing desire. The flames of their connection, however, burn ever brighter through one life-and-death rescue after another. When a fateful life-or-death trial finally shatters Ryan’s last line of defense, their love surges forth. But alongside their burning passion comes peril: jealousy and sabotage from teammate Zoe within the rescue team, romantic competition from wealthy tycoon Timi from the outside world, and vengeful schemes from Ryan’s ex-wife Mary — all pushing Lena into grave danger. This is a story of intoxicating temptation, a high-stakes game played amid crashing waves, raw desire, ethical restraints, and the ultimate test of life and death.
